We aim to ship the majority of products within 5-10 working days. Shipment within the US is sent via UPS ground.
︎Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties
You are responsible for any sales, duty or other governmental taxes or fees due with respect to your purchase of Products. We will collect applicable sales tax if we determine that we have a duty to collect sales tax. We will present any taxes that we are required to collect at checkout, but note that actual taxes charged may be adjusted from the amount shown at checkout. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates. When we ship prints for delivery outside the US, import fees, duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and due upon delivery. Miller Mobley Photography takes no responsibility for this and if the goods are returned due to unpaid tax, the costs will not be refunded as the sale has been completed.The goods can be re-despatched with a further charge for dispatch at the customer's request. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
All transactions are processed via our website www.millermobley.com and all major credit cards are charged in USD. By providing a credit card or other payment method that we accept, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and other charges). If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid or is otherwise not acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled. You must resolve any problem we encounter in order to proceed with your order.
All sales are final. If your print arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damages item and external damage of the box and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Miller Mobley is not responsible for prints damaged from unwrapping/unboxing.
If the box that your item was shipped in is noticeably damaged please call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and file a damage claim immediately. You can also file a damage claim online at www.ups.com. We will send you a replacement once the claim is approved. The process usually takes about a week from the date you initiated your claim with UPS. If your order was shipped via USPS or FedEx please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you believe the damage to your item was caused by Miller Mobley Photography, you must contact us within 48 hours from the date you received the item. We are not responsible for items arriving damaged after the initial 48 hours of receipt.
︎Security of Credit Card Payment Options
This site uses encryption and secure (SSL) servers to help ensure the privacy of any information that you provide. However, the security of information and payments transmitted via the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Any losses incurred or sustained by users who transmit information by means of e-mail or other internet link shall be borne solely and exclusively by such user and in no event shall any such losses in whole or part be borne by Miller Mobley Photography.
Miller Mobley Photography undertakes not to divulge to any third party any information concerning customers that would be in breach of the Data Protection Act.
What can I expect? All prints ordered from Miller Mobley Photography are personally overseen and signed by Miller himself. We use museum quality Hahnemuhle archival paper and ink and pack your print for shipping with the highest care. We are a very small operation and don’t outsource your order to a huge printing factory. This means that you can expect the highest quality print possible. We will do our very best to get your order to you in a timely manner, but please understand that it might not ship right away.
Shipping? Your order will ship from Birmingham, Alabama via reputable couriers only. We aim to ship all prints within 10 working days. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking information via email once the print leaves our studio.
Return Policy? If your print was damaged in transit please contact us with photos showing the damage within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise all sales are considered final.
Missing Shipments: No matter what courier is used, lost packages are an inevitability. If your shipment doesn’t make its way to you within 8 weeks, please contact us so we can make it right.
